Dalton took time to recognize many people in the audience who have been a part of the KKOW family for many years. He also treated the crowd to a duet with Virgil Glenn on Dalton's song, "Just Because", off his album of the same name.

70th Anniversary BBQ
On October 24th the weather finally cooperated and we were able to invite the public out to join us in our 70th Birthday celebration. Leroy and Jack were our Grill Masters fixin' burgers for the hungry crowd, while Melinda and Penny set up the buffet. Everyone enjoyed themselves and many listeners took part in the station tours.
